The first luxury hotel of its kind, a stunning 19th century Neo-Renaissance building was restored by architect Ramy Gil to create The Jaffa Hotel. Aby Rosen, co-founder of RFR Holdings, chose this to be his first business venture and it will always remain a project close to his heart. Together with world-renowned British designer John Pawson, they brought one of Israel’s leading luxury hotels to life.
