Zamarin is an intimate and pampering boutique hotel. Including 11 guest rooms and suites with a unique design and attention to the small details in order to give guests an authentic “provencal” vacation experience, great cuisine, local boutique wines and the beautiful nature surrounding the hotel. The charm of Zichron Yaacov comes to life due to the excellent location of “Zamarin Hotel”, at the entrance of the picturesque promenade of the colony. The hotel was built in a classic Templar building, which will detach you from ‘the routine’ and immediately put you in a magical and peaceful atmosphere. The hotel features a pampering spa with a variety of treatments. In the lobby, you can find a wine bar offering a collection of wines from local boutique wineries. Breakfasts are served from Sundays to Fridays at Tishbi Restaurant, located about 200 meters from the hotel. On Saturday’s breakfast is served at the hotel individually to each customer and tailored to your requests.

THE STORY
The hotel was built in a classic Templar building redesigned by designer Michal Livna and rebuilt by Liam Hotels and Holdings while preserving the original and unique character of the building. The design inspiration was woven from two main motifs – the unique concept of “spa and wine experience” and the romantic vibe of Zichron Yaacov – an area with clear air, surrounded by wineries overlooking the azure shores of the Mediterranean.
The hotel has a beautiful garden where herbs, vines, and fruit trees are planted, including a huge mulberry tree, whose branches frame the hotel windows and shade on a pleasant patio terrace with several tables and chairs. A perfect place to sit with a glass of local wine, relax, and connect to nature and the wineries that surround it.
